This Multi-Million Dollar home required a complete custom installation.

We installed two (2) Mobius Takagi Tankless Units, side by side.

We removed the home's interior water heater and ran a hidden line outside.

This left enough room inside for the owners to install a second washing machine and dryer.

The owners said they have never had such hot water so fast ever before.

We also included a Takagi expansion tank that prevents thermal expansion (overpressure in the lines). Underneath this unit we included a hot water recirculating pump with a 24 hour timer with 15 minute intervals. The owner also requested an Aquastat 180 degree limiter. This is an additional safety unit and energy saver. It stops the pumps once the water in the lines reach 180 degrees. We also included a safety pressure relief valve because our customers and their safety always comes first.

Another add-on was this Big Brand Water Purification System. These feed both the Takagi Units as well as the rest of the homes water system. This system consists of two(2) 12 x 52 Polyglass tanks with a Fleck 5000 SE meter valve and a Fleck 5000 Timer control valve. There are also two (2) 20" blue housing filters; one is a coal oil based filter and the other is a coconut shell based filter. Additionally, the water passes through a softener and a gravel pick- up, sediment filter. These are FDA approved bacterial resistant filters that remove all chemicals, bacteria, chlorines and other toxins. These will not only extend the life of the Takagi Tankless Water Heaters, but will also GREATLY increase the life of all faucets and other water fixtures and fittings throughout the home.
